Villa Belago on Lake Como is truly magnificent.
This luxurious villa, accommodating 8 people (2 separate apartments - 4 bedrooms), features a private pool and 2 saunas. Furnished with high-quality furniture, this vacation home is truly unique.

The villa is new and built in a very modern and contemporary style with high-quality materials. The house is spread over four levels and boasts spectacular 180-degree views of Lake Como from several vantage points.

The main living room leads to a large furnished terrace with a seating area, perfect for enjoying an aperitif while watching the sunset. Next to the kitchen is a dining table with eight chairs for al fresco dining.

There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom (with toilet) on the same level.
Upstairs is an office where you can work remotely in complete tranquility.
The lower level features a spacious master suite with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a built-in bathtub, large shower, bidet, sink, and toilet.

Opposite this bedroom is the sauna, perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the lake.

On the same level, but with separate access, is the second apartment, approximately 90 m², which also boasts magnificent 180° views of the lake.

On the first floor: a spacious open-plan living area of ​​over 60 m² with a living room, a splendid fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area, as well as a cloakroom and a bathroom with shower/WC. Large French windows open onto a lovely terrace furnished with a table and two chairs for enjoying the outdoors.

On the lower level: a splendid bedroom with a walk-in closet, a spacious ensuite bathroom (WC), and a sauna overlooking the lake. This apartment can be used by accompanying parents or older children who will appreciate their independence while remaining close to their parents.

On the lower level, the villa features a lovely furnished terrace with a dining area (1 table and 8 chairs), perfect for al fresco dining, 2 sun loungers, and
garden furniture ideal for enjoying the view on beautiful summer evenings. There's also a private pool with a counter-current system.

On the lower level, after a few steps, a small gate gives access to the property and leads to the village of Bellano, the train station, or the ferry terminal (10-15 minutes' walk).

For any needs or emergencies, our staff is available during the hours indicated.

Check-in and Reports:

Standard check-in: 4:00 pm

Last-minute bookings: For last-minute bookings (on the same day), check-in times may be subject to change. Our team will do their utmost to ensure the apartment is handed over as quickly as possible.

Mandatory Reports: Any problems or defects in the apartment must be reported within 1 hour of arrival to allow for prompt intervention.

Waste Management - Separate Waste Collection:

To preserve our beloved Earth, all municipalities on Lake Como have established separate waste collection, which must be sorted into the following categories:

Glass / Plastic / Paper / Unsorted Waste

Important: Garbage bags are provided exclusively upon arrival. Any additional bags must be purchased separately by the guest (small, transparent bags).

Kitchen Amenities:

Each kitchen is equipped with:
Dishwasher gel (if available in the apartment)
Laundry soap
1 dishcloth per living room
Note: We do NOT provide paper towels for the kitchen.

Linens and Toiletries Provided:

For each guest, for the entire stay:
1 large towel
1 small towel
Full sheets and pillowcases

For each apartment:
1 bathmat
Hand soap (dispenser at the sink)
Toilet paper (2 rolls provided only upon arrival; no additional rolls are available during your stay)

Salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar (as per Lombardy Region law)

Important: No meals of any kind are provided during your stay.

Only one set of keys will be provided for guests' use.

CRIB AND HIGH CHAIR: These are available upon request for a fee. Reservations must be made when entering your details on the online check-in form.
We cannot guarantee this service without a reservation made through our portal.

Important Note:

Please remember that you are booking a vacation rental and NOT a hotel room. This service is designed to ensure independence and home comfort.

The house is surrounded by nature, in a quiet, green area. For this reason, although it is always cleaned and carefully inspected before each check-in, small insects may occasionally enter the house.

This is a natural situation and unfortunately beyond our control, but we always do our best to maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.

Villa Belago is built on a slope overlooking the lake and the village. Therefore, if you're traveling without a car and using public transportation only, walking from the village requires a reasonable level of fitness.
Bellano is a charming and authentic lakeside village, with small shops and restaurants.
The property is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Lake Como region.
Furthermore, the house is close to the port and train station, making it possible to visit numerous attractions without a car.

Air conditioning: The house is equipped with underfloor cooling and not traditional air conditioning (with the exception of bedroom 2 of apartment 2).

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHARGES: Final cleaning fee of €300 and tourist tax (€2 per person per night) to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Check-in after 6:00 PM is subject to a CHARGE of €20 until 8:00 PM and €50 after 8:00 PM.
