Tourist tax and any unspecified extras are to be considered excluded from the booking amount, and will be paid directly upon arrival in the apartment.
There is no type of restaurant service.
All the photographs refer to the apartments actually booked.
Changes or cancellations of reservations may be subject to additional costs.

Design Studio Srls is not responsible for forgotten or damaged objects inside the apartments it manages.
For apartments that have Self Check In, detailed instructions will be provided for collecting the keys and reaching the destination apartment. Design Studio is not responsible for delays or failure to reach the apartments.
Guests are required to communicate their arrival time, if check-in is expected in presence.
Key collection outside the established hours may have an additional cost.
