The rich history of this house dates back to the 1700’s, and it has been in the same family for five generations. The open stone walls reveal an excellent example of 18th century construction in this newly renovated gem. Casa Vecchia 2 comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The large bedroom features a queen size designer bed and the living room offers a new high-end memory foam sofa bed. Well-equipped kitchen area includes dishwasher and induction stove and the immaculate bathroom features a rain shower with limitless hot water. Antiquity mixes with midcentury details to create an inviting, modern space to relax and enjoy Bellano and beyond.

The location couldn’t be more perfect: the lake, ferry and shopping district are just across the street, with the train station a 5 minute walk away. New windows and the surrounding greenery allow for a quiet respite even in the town center. Bellano is perhaps the most genuine of Lake Como’s tourist destinations, home to writers, artists and quirky personalities. With Casa Vecchia as your home base you will experience the unique charm of this increasingly popular region of Italy.

Welcome to our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay, please review the following general terms and conditions.

Assistance Services

In-person assistance: Available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Telephone assistance: Available until midnight
For any needs or emergencies, our staff is available during the hours indicated.

Check-in and Complaints:

Standard check-in: 4:00 PM

Last-minute bookings: For last-minute bookings (on the same day), check-in times may be subject to change. Our team will do their utmost to ensure the apartment is handed over as quickly as possible.

Mandatory Reports: Any problems or defects in the apartment must be reported within 1 hour of arrival to allow for prompt intervention.

Waste Management - Separate Waste Collection:

To preserve our beloved Earth, all municipalities on Lake Como have established separate waste collection, which must be sorted into the following categories:

Glass / Plastic / Paper / Unsorted Waste

Important: Garbage bags are provided exclusively upon arrival. Any additional bags must be purchased separately by the guest (small, transparent bags).

Kitchen Amenities:

Each kitchen is equipped with:
Dishwasher gel (if available in the apartment)
Laundry soap
1 dishcloth per living room
Note: We do NOT provide paper towels for the kitchen.

Linens and Toiletries Provided:

For each guest, for the entire stay:
1 large towel
1 small towel
Full sheets and pillowcases

For each apartment:
1 bathmat
Hand soap (dispenser on the sink)
Toilet paper (2 rolls provided only upon arrival; no additional rolls are available during your stay)

Shaving foam and razors

Only one set of keys will be provided for guests' use.

We cannot guarantee this service without a reservation made through our portal.
