For apartments that have Self Check In, detailed instructions will be provided for collecting the keys and reaching the destination apartment. Design Studio is not responsible for delays or failure to reach the apartments.
Guests are required to communicate their arrival time, if check-in is expected in presence.
Key collection outside the established hours may have an additional cost.
