Villa Belago on Lake Como is truly magnificent.
This luxury villa, for 8 people (4 bedrooms) has a private swimming pool and a sauna. Fully furnished with quality rooms making this a truly unique holiday home for a special stay.
The villa is recent and was built in a very modern and contemporary style with quality materials. The house is distributed over three levels and benefits from a spectacular 180 degree view of Lake Como from several points of the house.
The house is accessed from the 1st level where there is 1 parking space and 2 garages. There is
also an office on this level with stunning views.
Downstairs there is a large living room and a dining room open onto a beautiful contemporary kitchen, equipped with 4 induction burners, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and freezer (next to the kitchen a storage room allows you to store food and drinks to provide meals for 8 people. There is also an additional small refrigerator)
The window on this floor allows you to make the most of the fantastic lake view.
Doors lead from here to a tiled terrace at the front of the house, from where the panorama can again be enjoyed over an aperitif, or over breakfast, from the dining area (1 table and 8 chairs) located in front of the kitchen.
On this floor there are also two bedrooms (one with a view) which share a bathroom with
separate shower, bidet, sink and toilet...
You have to go down one floor to find a large master suite with a large king bed and closet. This room is ideally positioned to take advantage of the spectacular view. There is one room
en-suite bathroom with sunken bath, large walk-in shower, bidet, sink and
Toilet.
It is in front of this room that we find the sauna, useful for relaxing after long days of trips on the lake.
On this same level, but with independent access, there is access to the approximately 60 m2 studio, which also benefits from the magnificent 180° view of the lake. The studio has a very comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The large window gives access to a beautiful terrace equipped with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The study can be used
for the parents who accompany you or for the big 'kids' who will appreciate having their own independence while remaining very close to their parents.
On the top level, the villa has a beautiful terrace equipped with a dining area (1 table and 8 chairs) perfect for al fresco dining, 2 sun loungers and garden furniture ideal for enjoying the view on beautiful summer evenings, as well as the private swimming pool with counter-current swimming.
Below, after a few steps, a small door allows you to leave the property to go to the village of Bellano on foot (10 min on foot).
Villa Belago is built on the hill above the lake and the village.
Bellano is a small and charming lakeside village with small shops and restaurants.

The property is an ideal base for visiting the beautiful Lake Como region. Furthermore, the house is close to the port and the railway station, and therefore it is possible to do a lot of sightseeing without taking the car.
This luxurious villa on Lake Como has not been set up as a holiday home but as a real "second home". We love the amazing 180 degree views and the decor
elegant. We also love the trail that goes down to the edge of the lake.

Please note this villa is not suitable for young children.

Air conditioning: the house has an underfloor cooling system and not traditional air conditioning

TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING CHARGES: Final cleaning euro 300 and city tax (1 euro per person per night) to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is possible between 16:00 and 18:00.
Check-in after 18.00 is subject to a SUPPLEMENT: 20 euros until 20.00 and 50 euros after 20.00

Check-in and Complaints:

Standard check-in: 4:00 PM

Last-minute bookings: For last-minute bookings (on the same day), check-in times may be subject to change. Our team will do their utmost to ensure the apartment is handed over as quickly as possible.

Mandatory Reports: Any problems or defects in the apartment must be reported within 1 hour of arrival to allow for prompt intervention.

Waste Management - Separate Waste Collection:

To preserve our beloved Earth, all municipalities on Lake Como have established separate waste collection, which must be sorted into the following categories:

Glass / Plastic / Paper / Unsorted Waste

Important: Garbage bags are provided exclusively upon arrival. Any additional bags must be purchased separately by the guest (small, transparent bags).

Kitchen Amenities:

Each kitchen is equipped with:
Dishwasher gel (if available in the apartment)
Laundry soap
1 dishcloth per living room
Note: We do NOT provide paper towels for the kitchen.

Linens and Toiletries Provided:

For each guest, for the entire stay:
1 large towel
1 small towel
Full sheets and pillowcases

For each apartment:
1 bathmat
Hand soap (dispenser on the sink)
Toilet paper (2 rolls provided only upon arrival; no additional rolls are available during your stay)

Only one set of keys will be provided for guests' use.

CRIB AND HIGH CHAIR: These are available upon request for a fee. Reservations must be made when entering your details on the online check-in form.
We cannot guarantee this service without a reservation made through our portal.
